What You Need to Know about our Yelp auto replying robot

DO I NEED TO SHARE MY YELP CREDENTIALS WITH YOU?

No! sharing your Yelp credentials with anyone is considered to be a major risk. The AMG bot robot doesn't require you to provide us with your private Yelp credential.

The robot is running as a Google Chrome browser Extension in your own browser and all you will need to do is to login to your Yelp account and open the Inbox. From that point, the robot will start working and will answer unread messages.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE MESSAGE THE ROBOT WILL USE

Yes. you have 100% control over the messages the robot produces.

In addition, the robot allows you to customize the message while you can embed many human-like sentences using words like customer name, greeting (good morning/evening), business hours, and many more tremendous features like detecting whenever the customer asks you to communicate using messages or to speak with their wife/husband.

We're continuously working to extend and improve the replies the robot provides and we can also provide per-business customization, for example answering 'I don't provide this service' for specific types of requests.

WHAT HAPPEN DURING BUSINESS OFF-TIME

The robot is active 24/7 answering messages coming from your customers, you can customize the response the robot will use, and usually, it will ask the customer to provide you with the best contact details.

When the customer provides the phone number during the initial message or as a response to the robot's request, the robot will reply to the customer with a message specifying that you will get back to them. 

You can define your business working hours in our AMG-Portal so that during the time your business is closed, your customers will get a proper message which specifies that you will be able to get back to them when the office will be open while specifying the day and time the office will be open.

HOW WOULD I KNOW WHEN CUSTOMERS LEAVE THEIR CONTACT INFO

Whenever customers provide their contact details, like a phone number or email, you will get a notification using Email and SMS right to your phone. 

The robot also detects when customers are requesting you to contact them back using a phone call or messaging and replies accordingly.

CAN I SEE MY MESSAGES IN SOME WAY

AMG has a special Message-Portal which allows you to easily see your incoming messages and the auto-reply messages the robot produced.

The Message-Portal is simple and accessible for mobile devices, the Message-Portal allows one to easily see the messages which include contact info.

CAN I USE MY PC WHILE THE ROBOT IS ACTIVE

Yes! although the robot is using your browser as a semi-human process, you can still use other browser tabs including your Yelp Inbox.

WHAT'S HAPPEN IF MY PC STOP WORKING

The robot monitors the activity 24/7, in any case, when the robot stops communicating with the AMG answering service, the robot will try to refresh the browser session in order to keep responding to customers.

In case your PC was shut down and the robot can't be communicating with the AMG service for more than 10 minutes, we will notify you via email/SMS about this event, allowing you to check that your browser is open and connected to your Yelp inbox.

Usually, those cases are related to Yelp enforcement to 're-login' and can simply be handled.
